I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior at the age of 7. I was baptized in the First
Southern Baptist Church of Canon City, CO. I, myself am a recovering addict, so I can relate to your problems and
concerns. I began this ministry because I felt that my own personal battle experiences could benefit others. Jesus Christ
gave me the power I needed to fight the demons of addiction. I simply put my faith in Him and gave Him my burden
everyday and continue still today. He is my strength and my shield against the everyday temptations that pass my way. It took
me a long time to let Jesus fight the battle for me. If my experiences can help even one person, then this ministry was
worth the effort. May God bless you on your road to recovery.
Please take into consideration that I am not someone who is giving advice without having been thru
it myself. This is why I became a minister in the first place. I was a "bible thumper" all thru High school. I was in two
abusive marriages, and when I was free from the abuse, I had my wild phase. I did stupid things, I almost lost my kids and
everything. My new husband is also a recovering addict, we help each other and work together in every aspect of life. I am
a walking, talking testament of what Jesus Christ can do. He can turn you completely around, if you truly trust HIM. Please,
if you have any questions go back to the Home Page and send me an email, I want to help.
